Roles and Responsibilities

• Generating leads for company through cold calls.
• Understanding and analyzing client requirements.
• Acquisition of new clients.
• Preparing and delivering presentations to new and existing clients
• Taking the lead in telecons, briefing sessions and client meetings .
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings .
• Should be able to think creative and to spot new opportunities and to establish rapid growth.
• Managing complete Recruitment cycle from lead generation till closure.


An undergraduate degree in marketing (or a professional marketing qualification) is frequently sought.
